ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Emily,
and I'm so glad you're here.

Healing has always been a thread in my life, long before I became a nurse. Even as a student, I was drawn to alternative ways of caring for the whole person: from exploring ways to implement yoga and Reiki in healthcare, to learning how stress and environment shape our health. I’ve always known that true wellness goes deeper than medicine alone.

After earning my nursing degree from Simmons University, I spent several years working as an operating room nurse in Seattle, WA. While I found so much value in caring for people during such vulnerable times in their lives, I realized I wanted to help them before they reached that point. I wanted to focus on prevention, self-trust, and a more holistic approach to wellness. That path led me to holistic coaching, where I blend the science of nursing with mindfulness, cyclical living, and nature-based healing to help women reconnect to their bodies and inner wisdom.

I believe your body already knows the way. My approach is gentle but honest. I’ll walk beside you and guide you toward living in true alignment. Together, we’ll create a way of life that feels sustainable, grounded, and full of vitality.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen, or learning new hobbies like crocheting and skateboarding... or studying to become a Board Certified Nurse Coach! I’ve recently traded the mountains of the Pacific Northwest for the beaches of Cape Cod. Wherever I am, I’m happiest surrounded by nature, connection, and the small joys that make life feel like magic.
